   Nice to meet you WOW, I love your blog and your leadership lessons.
   Keep them coming inthe same way, with a personal note. It’s more powerful to relate leadership tips to your life. Every day we get very valuable lessons from nature, other people etc. I think it will be a great idea to leverage them in your posts. I noticed that people love analogies with simple things and metaphors.
   Also, you can encourage people to share their dreams,passions or visions..and to let them brainstorm for solutions. Leader is the one who creates other leaders
