Many beginning lifestyle business coaching clients approach me to help them solve a problem that is external to them. The challenge begins when it is often revealed that a balance between lifestyle and business can not be successfully achieved without first looking inward to the thoughts and actions of the person seeking success.
Discovering how to use ones thoughts and mind in a powerful way is both enlightening and opens new insights into how to use active thought power to meld the imbalances that plagued them prior to seeking coaching assistance.
Let’s explore three ways that thought power benefits people from all walks of life:
1st) thought power works in a generalized manner on ones actions and attitude.
2nd) the power of ones mind also influences the people around them.
3rd) through the power of thought one can positively influencing the environment in which one lives.
I have not gone off the deep end and I am not espousing some hypno-mumbo jumbo so without getting into a deep philosophical or religious debate, allow me to share with you some solid facts relating to why and how thought power can powerfully transform ones life.
Maybe you have heard the saying, “what comes around, goes around” or if you do good, then good comes back to you. Some people believe that power thinking is a mental thing that triggers positive actions to occur in ones life. Whatever your beliefs, it is hard to dispute the power of positive thought power.
Using thought power requires focus and concentration, when one applies the techniques that I share with lifestyle business coaching clients I get feedback like; “other people are offering to help me when I need it the most and I don’t even have to ask for it.”
A positive mental attitude can be contagious and one may start to see people they spend a lot of time with displaying a similar positive attitude. I also mentioned above that thought power has a way of influencing ones environment. I’m not saying one can stop the rain or alter the speed at which time passes however, noticeable changes can be achieved.
A benefit of positive thought control gives one the ability to remove negative aspects of previous negative thoughts and outcomes which were not beneficial to the ultimate success that one seeks.
Almost immediately my clients report how thought power allows them to believe in themselves in ways that were previously not achievable for one reason or another. I know that when you believe that you can accomplish something and you put your mind to it, you will be able to set goals and reach them because you will believe that you can do it, and you will not have negative thoughts to hold you back.
I show how to control ones thoughts so that when ones thoughts drift to negativity the correct effort used can turn them into positive outcomes. When one starts training their mind to identify positive solutions in any situation great things occur.
Only you can make the initial determination as to if you need assistance with imbalances in your thoughts. A good way to identify a need for a coach is if the way you think is not consistent with the outcomes you desire.
If you are at all curious as to how a coach can help you just ask? Leave a comment and let me know how thought power has helped you in your life?
