The Human Side of Militant Marketing

My militant marketing surveys show that a majority of customers and clients prefer the personal touch. They want to deal and work with the same person all time. They like to know that if they have a problem, they only have to call one person or send one e-mail and their problem will be taken care of.The problem with that is that it’s a disappearing benefit, a throwback to the good ol’ days if you will.  With the demand for the personal touch as high as or higher than ever, there are huge opportunities for people who are willing to “employ the human tough,” and do what it takes to be a top notch marketing professional.
