The Human Side of Militant Marketing

My militant marketing surveys show that a majority of customers and clients prefer the personal touch. They want to deal and work with the same person all time. They like to know that if they have a problem, they only have to call one person or send one e-mail and their problem will be taken care of.The problem with that is that it’s a disappearing benefit, a throwback to the good ol’ days if you will.  With the demand for the personal touch as high as or higher than ever, there are huge opportunities for people who are willing to “employ the human tough,” and do what it takes to be a top notch marketing professional.

Militant Marketing Traffic Tiff

Did you take part in the Stomper Net launch this past week?  Did you pay attention to their up-sell and down sell techniques if you paid for the shipping and handling for the free STSE2 product and the free trial for “The Net Effect” magazine.

That makes a 3rd major leage marketer with a full color, hold in your hands magazine but the cost for a subscription is what kills me, I mean, Joel Comm has a mag, Mike Filsaime has a mag, now the Stomper guys – do you see the trend developing?

Are you following me here – so, now I’m watching a video by Filsaime about integration marketing (Mark Joyner) and wondering:

“Why are Traffic Exchanges villianized by big league marketers?”

Heck, even mlm coaches bash hit exchanges, just this last week I got an e-mail from Mike Dillard who said “Traffic Exchanges suck. Period.”

This whole concept is profound to me and is an issue that I have wrestled with for a long time now, all the noteworthy Traffic Exchange owners proclaim the legitimacy of them and they have testamonials on thier sites yet there are no major, mainstream marketers that endorse them, why is that?

These are some of the issues that I am working with while simultaneously developing a traffic platform based on a concept that I call “Micro Markting” stay tuned to The Militant Marketer Blog for more on this topic and leave me a comment on your thoughts about this issue.
