I have spent the better part of an entire weekend working on the layout and overall look of this blog and I am still not 100% happy with it. I decided to change this blog layout to a 3 column blog – all that means is that there is a skinny column on the left, a large column in the middle for the main post or article and then another small column over there —-> on the right. I was able to get that accomplished as well as a few other changes also, leave me some comment and tell me if you like it or not?
One of my goals when I made the decision to change the layout was to enhance the social usability of the blog. I added a few more social networking buttons and added my Twitter stream as well, you can see it over there <—— on the left side. There are times when I comment or post something to Facebook and/or Twitter however my blog readers may not ever see it.
I would be in blog nirvana if someone could point me out just the right theme that combines blogging with social networking. There are 3 disciplines that I enjoy; blogging, miro-blogging (Twitter), and Facebook – the only problem is I am not quite able to meld them into the ideal communications platform and that irks me.
Like I said above, leave me your comments and tell me if you do or do not like this new layout and if you know of a better 3 column WordPress theme that I should be using?
Thanks and I will post again soon,
Mark Edward Brown
