The other day I sent an e-mail to a fellow leader that I know named Vic (short for Victor), it was a congratulatory message on an upcoming promotion that he has earned.  Vic is a leader as I mentioned and he sent me some words of wisdon that I wanted to share with you.  I call it “The Breakfast of Champions” analogy and is goes as follows:

“There is a big difference between contributing to something, and committing to it.  Think of an egg and bacon breakfast.  The chicken contributed to the meal, but the pig was committed to it.  When in doubt, be the pig!”                              -Victor Baez-An
