The worst thing happened and I didn’t realize it until it was to late. I lost my website! Oh I know, “that’s not the end of the world” you are probably saying to yourself however, that’s not how I felt. Even though we are going through a global pandemic for COVID 19, this loss of the old Mark Edward Brown website was an emotional loss. No, I did not cry but I was pissed off!
If you’ve followed me for any length of time you know that the old website represented over 10 years of historical milestones and content. All of that was important to you, me, and thousands of friends and Family who live all over the globe.
Oh well, if you know me, you know I had to shrug it off and start over. I’m not going to dwell on the loss. I am however, going to re-do it better than I have previously done it. I am #LivingMotivated and this setback will not stop me!
The Mark Edward Brown website is critical because it is the one place where you can get the “no kidding” facts about what I am doing and why. Oh sure, I use social media. Yes, I have accounts on fb, IG, twitter, LinkedIn, and yt….
Why this site is really important.
The most important thing you can do right now is to fill in your name and your email in the contact form over there on the right hand side of this page. That way you can get updates from me as soon as I add an update. You should know that I don’t publicize the most personal aspects of my life on social media. I do that here on The Mark Edward Brown website though. The reason why is that I don’t own the content that I add to social media channels. I do own this site and this is the one place where the facts of my life are listed, categorized, and chronicled.
I said all of that to say this, you add this site to your favorites and check in on it often. Don’t worry, I will remind you. As I learn and become more intelligent I also become less worried about what other people think of my self promotion. In all actuality, I promote what I do because it frequently involve helping others.
What do you have to look forward to? More videos, photos, stories, memes, and clever quotes. The topics I will cover are: Motivation and Futsal primarily, yet I reserve the right to add new topics and interesting content from time to time.
I’d like to make this interactive so leave me a comment about what you want to see me write or video about. Share some of your thoughts about this post, has something like this ever happened to you? How did it turn out, what did you do to resume your previous progress or how did you scale up for even more success like I am doing?
Here’s to Your Success,
Mark Edward Brown
