I discovered a great article on how to measure your Leaderhsip Quotient by Sharif Khan. Many of my readers aks me what is leadership made up of anyway so let’s look at what Sharif has to say about it:
“Leadership effectiveness, what I like to call LQ or Leadership Quotient, is primarily determined by a combination of Physical Intelligence, Mental Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, and Spiritual Intelligence. These four areas (Body, Mind, Heart, and Spirit) are essential toward the making of a whole leader. Let’s explore the key leadership factors that bring wholeness:
1. Inspire with Integrity (Spirit or Conscience)
2. Initiative and Innovation (Body and Mind)
3. Impactful Influence (Heart)”
As you have read leaderhsip is serious business, it’s no joke, you have to be in a serious state of mind to consider that this is just one man’s opinion about what leadership is all about.

The word “Integrity” still gives me pimples lol. Because people (or just me) associate it with downline integrity which in fact prevents/makes it harder for me as a TE owner to earn online.

Thanks for your comment, in regards to the Click Thru Marketing and Traffic Exchange niche I don’t even like to use the term “downline” it has old, and not so positive connotations to the mlm industry.
I like to use “Recomended Resources, Sites” or something similar to that.
I also agree that the word “Integrity” in itself has powerful meanings for many people.
