     I am into the 2nd day of my Thanksgiving celebration   I celebrated yesterday by serving the Soldiers and Family members from my unit (USACA-K).  I had a great time serving food beside my boss as well as fellow leaders and the incoming Commander, Major Wendy Tokach.

Today is Thanksgiving in the USA so I am celebrating today as well and because I can!  Actually I find something to be thankful for on most any day anyway so I remain in an upbeat mood as often as I possibly can.  People who are energized, living life for a purpose and on purpose, with purpose really gets me energized and when your spirits vibration is high it is contagious and you automatically bring peoples moods up to where yours is.

I spent some time on the treadmill running to one of my favorite music mixes this morning, then I called my Mom, Dad, and spoke with my Wife and Kids as well.  I am going to the gym for a weight workout later, I will probably watch some movies and have dinner with friends later.

It’s nice to have a little bit of down time before the rest of the Holiday season picks up.  I am thankful that you are one of the readers to my blog and I am thankful for your comments and feedback so tell me how your turkey day was and I will blog again soon.
