Do you make plans to do things and put them off? For example have you thought about loosing a couple of pounds, cutting down on your smoking habit or perhaps cleaning up a mess or some clutter where you live or work? Once your plans are made does it feel like life gets in the way or something comes up that gets in the way of your plans?
I would like to provide you with 3 ways to bust through those distractors that stop or delay you from doing or accomplishing what you really do want to do however have not yet been able to get it done due to procrastination. You are just a few moments away from stoping procrastinatoig and start meeting deadlines, by following a few simple steps that teach you effective time management and goal accomplishment:
1. Start with the 3 most important items that you want to accomplish and write them down on a checklist Write it down on paper; or, use a computer if you prefer. Resolve to seriously get it done!
2. Plan to take one small step towards accomplishing your first goal, you can start immediately after you read this or I recomend that you start right away after you awaken in the morning upon waking and after eating breakfast.
3. Do Not do anything else until you have worked on completing your goal. I am not saying only work on your goal, I am telling you to manage your time so that you can work on your goal in small manageable blocks of time each and every day until your task is complete and you have realized the success that you envisioned when you set the goal in the first place.
I want to know what your goals are, I want to help you accomplish your goals and help you through your sticking points. Leave me a comment and let me know if this has helped you or how I may assist in helping you reach your goal?
