Today’s mind mine is all about providing insight into what stops you from making progress in your life.  Read the next line very carefully and then ponder upon the provoking simplicity and empowerment that it grants to you if you take ownership of your situation and overcome it (here goes):

“An excuse in nothing more than a pre-meditated lie!”

Do You have Carot or Stick Motivation?
