How to get off of your relationship merry-go-round

In this post I discuss the importance of your relationships.  I know that some of you have great relationships and some of you have some not so great relationships.  I have had my share of both and in that regard I want to share with you a simple yet powerful tidbit of knowledge that will improve all of your connections, networks, friendships etc.

“Your results are the product of either personal focus or personal distractions. The choice is yours.”  – John Di Lemme

For your relationships to be great you must focus on making them that way otherwise personal distraction that will cause you to re-act and not attain the success that you want for your life.

Leaders know this and work very hard to cultivate the relationships and networks that really matter the most.

How can speeding make You more successful

Aside from being a leader and living a leadership lifestyle, I am a consumate student of successful marketers, why, you ask?

Because that is where the big bucks are made. Don’t get me wrong, I am not in love with money, it does allow one to do more for others though and that is what I like to learn about because it ties in directly with leadership.

Most recently I noticed Brad Fallon of Stomper Net discussing how speed was a critical factor to accomplishing more of the goals that one has in relation to growing any business.

Brad said “Speed is the positive personality trait that builds up when there is a constant focus on this key constraint called time.  Speed has to be driven into the culture by the CEO ( or leader) and every manager. It doesn’t just happen.”

Again the subject of speed came about with Dan Kennedy’s recent PR campaign for his Phenomenon program. Dan was sharing on a video presentation how speed is often the bane of organizations because the leader wants to bring ideas and concepts to life quickly and get them installed into pre-existing business models but the organizations that are in place and the personnel that work with them are slow to adopt new idea and impliment them when if they did they would see an exponential growth spurt.

Dan went on to say that most people who tell you that you can not get rich quick are the one’s who do not believe in growing or profitting fast, this led me to believe that one can actually get rich quick as long as speed is a characteristic of the business plan and one of the over-riding goals of all involved in the venture.

Leave me a comment and tell me your thoughts on “Speed” as well as if you think it’s possible to get rich quick, I am eager to hear your thoughts on this one.

Always to Your Quick Success,

Mark Edward Brown
